The Institute for Inclusive Digital Africa ( IIDiA ) is immensely proud to announce the arrival of a prominent figure in international development, Her Excellency Victoire Tomégah-Dogbé, to its Board of Directors. First woman to hold the position of Prime Minister of Togo (2020-2025), Her Excellency Victoire Tomégah-Dogbé distinguished herself through the implementation of bold social reforms focused on youth empowerment and community resilience. A former Minister of Grassroots Development, Youth and Youth Employment for over a decade, and with a distinguished international career at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), her strategic leadership and cross-disciplinary expertise in public governance, building partnerships and strategic alliances with states, governments, central banks, and development finance institutions will strengthen IIDiA ‘s mission : to make inclusive innovation a true driver of equity and prosperity on the continent.
