As such, the institute supports countries by providing <strong>strategic advice <\/strong>and <strong>integrated solutions <\/strong>, enabling them to unleash the full power of digital technology to address pressing challenges and build inclusive, resilient and equitable digital ecosystems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Positioning<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Supervision <\/strong>: <strong>Communications Manager.<\/strong><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collaboration <\/strong>: Project Managers, partners, media, service providers (content manager, public relations officer, web developer).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type of contract <\/strong>: Fixed-term contract\/consultancy <strong>for 6 months, renewable <\/strong>depending on performance.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location <\/strong>: 100% remote work, flexible hours (weekly synchronization).<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Purpose of the position<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>IIDiA &#8216;s communication strategy and <strong>structure knowledge management <\/strong>(KM) to capitalize on results, amplify impact and serve stakeholders (communities, donors, governments, tech ecosystem).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1) Communication (approx. 60%)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-develop and execute the <strong>communication strategy <\/strong>(institutional, projects, advocacy), quarterly editorial plan and social media calendar.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce and edit <strong>premium content <\/strong>(reports, briefs, columns, articles, success stories, infographics, presentations).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simplify <\/strong>technical analyses into clear supports (texts, bar\/sector charts, diagrams, paths) and integrate text + visuals.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure <strong>media coverage <\/strong>of events (press releases, media kit, live- posting ) and strengthen the media network.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize the <strong>website <\/strong>(news, project pages) and <strong>newsletters <\/strong>(bimonthly), in collaboration with the content manager<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarantee <strong>brand identity <\/strong>(charter, templates, multi-channel consistency).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support project teams (reviews\/creation of presentations, briefing notes, key messages).<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2) Knowledge Management \u2013 KM (approx. 40%)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and operate a <strong>KM program <\/strong>(framework, governance, roles, flows).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up a <strong>digital resource center <\/strong>(e.g. Notion\/SharePoint): lessons learned, guides, toolboxes, templates, glossary.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structure <strong>capitalization <\/strong>( After Action Reviews , case studies, good practice notes) and disseminate to stakeholders.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate KM into the <strong>annual planning\/budget cycle <\/strong>(needs, activities, deliverables).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce <strong>post-event reports <\/strong>for partners and donors.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key success indicators (KPIs)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strategy &amp;
