L' L' Institut pour une Afrique numérique inclusive (IIDiA), in collaboration with Ghana Association of Savings and Loans Companies GHASALC, GHAMFIN and Credit Union Association of Ghana (CUA), and under the supervision of the Bank of Ghana, is formally inviting qualified System Integrators to submit proposals for the implementation of the GHASALC-GHAMFIN-CUA Inclusive Instant Payment System (GIIPS).
Project Overview: The GIIPS initiative aims to deploy a shared, not-for-profit payment switch built on the Mojaloop open-source framework and integrated with the Tazama real-time fraud monitoring platform. The platform will provide interoperable, real-time, low-cost digital payment capabilities for Savings & Loans companies, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), and Credit Unions across Ghana.
